Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Illinois, United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

The standard shipping cost is $7 USD. We offer free shipping on orders of $199 USD or more.

All shipments are handled through USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your package.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. In the event of an incorrect address, the customer must contact us as soon as possible via email to evaluate possible solutions. We do not guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, any issues related to lost or damaged packages must be handled directly with USPS, as they are responsible for the shipment and delivery.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
